ACTIVITIES

At Mukima Sanctuary we are spoilt for choice on what to do. With options within the sanctuary such as Tennis, Swimming, Badminton, Croquet, Disc Golf, Horse Riding, Bird Watching and Fishing, to jumping in a 4X4 and visiting some of Kenya's top wildlife conservancies next door.
We are lucky to be in the heart of Laikipia home to over 80 mammal species and more then 400 reported Bird species, and half of Kenya's black Rhino population. Visitors to Laikipia can enjoy many adventure sports, from Rock climbing, Mountain biking, paragliding and quad safaris. The county is a leader in conservation and preservation of its wild spaces and Mukima Sanctuary proudly plays its own part with profits going back into rewilding the land and protecting the species within its borders.
